brilliant place cheap food and drink and good sounds
Daughters baby shower was held here . Day started off great . Welcome and the area arranged for friends and family were good . Sadly as the day got on it went down hill . We ordered food ..to get food you pay first cash or card. One order didn't make it to the kitchen..then we were told we hadn't paid for meals and then to top it all we accosted as we were leaving to pay for drinks . Most of the leaving party hadn't actually had said drinks but paid anyway. Had we been asked earlier on this would have not been a problem . Think staff could do with some training on how to deal with a large group ( we had been called this and there was only around 20 ) mistakes had been made at the bar and sadly the day ended badly to what should gave been a great baby shower. The food was great well cooked and well worth the money .

I'm conflicted as to whether or not I'm perhaps being a little too harsh with my rating so may consider revising it at some future point. I've been to a few Revolution bars (2 at least.) before this one. This one made me literally nauseated. It was non-smoking (There was some kind of specially designated area for smokers.), but it absolutely reeked of smoke. It's true - I don't smoke - but this was something more than just a little sensitivity, I think. It really just reeked of smoke. At times it was like someone was smoking just seats away from me. At one point I had to physically leave the bar to stand outside to give myself just a few moments to try to recover. To get some fresher air into my lungs. I toyed with the idea of just forfeiting the rest of my drink more than once, it was so difficult to bear. Other than that, it's a nice bar. My server, Dean, was cute and nice, and the patrons seemed fun. I just really don't think that I could put myself through that kind of torment again, personally. I was almost tempted to ask Dean if he was a smoker - how he dealt with it. Other than feeling sickly because of the smoke, again, nice bar.
Had a lovely burger & fries the other day. Friendly & Polite staff - Clean tables - Clean Rest rooms - Value for money - love the idea of wet wipes in a packet on the table
