worst customer service ever. phoned the place to follow up on a question about the cycle to work scheme and I wanted to enquire what were the next steps. poor choice of word on my part ("what are you waiting for?") and the guy just hung up on me! tried to call back to clarify and the guy would not let me explain and hung up again. if you are that sensitive, choose a different line of work. avoid!

best bike shop in macc. no spotty kid serving you who doesn't want to be there. these guys know what there doing and can give you advice on all range of bikes from little kids trikes to battery asist computers. they really helped me out in picking a bike and places I could ride it.
Excellent Service - I took my bike in as I wanted a lower gear for the hills around Macc. Two hours later they had sorted it out, identified and rectified some other problems and charged me less than the original quote! Much better than the national chains!
