Wonderful customer service - worked hard to resolve any issues I had and to help where possible.
Customer service has been appalling, not only did they give a car of the wrong spec. They're also making us travel to sort they're mistakes. This is all because they are "too busy" I'm running a full time business, I'm too busy. Yet they don't seem to care they decided the car size doesn't matter and we can just use my personal car if it's that inconvenient. Why should I be arguing the point with them. That isn't service.
The first vehicle they tried to give me had a bolt in the tyre then the second one the rear doors were broken and the wheels weren't balanced correctly.

Very poor service. My booking had all gone through and i was waiting for delivery when i was told the service they use to check my address was not matching, the address i have live at for over 9 years and never in that time had an issue. Thanks for letting me down Enterprise!
