After 10 years of good prices and service today was awful! I checked the price on the website, called and booked a slot and checked availability of the budget tyres I had looked up arrived on time then had to wait 1 hr 20min with my wife and baby for the 20 min job of changing 2tyres even though I booked a slot! Came to pay and was told it was 35% more than the price on the website! I asked why to be told well they arent the ones we have in! Disgraceful! I should have been advised over the phone when I checked availability of budget tyres if it was going to cost 42 more than advertised not the bad attitude I was faced with when he basically said tough luck! Nothing you can do about it now .... it was already more expensive than having a mobile service come and do it at home without the extra! Never again

Having purchased my own parts for my Alfa I booked the car in to have the two upper suspension arms and two new springs fitted. The upper arms have two bolts each to undo the old ones and I supplied the two new bolts with the parts for the new. I was absolutely mortified when I collected the car to be told it had taken 6 hours to undo three of the bolts!!!!! I was then charged 50 per hour each of the six hours! 300 + vat for three bolts!! I asked if when they are doing a days job is it not capped and was told no it's 50 per hour!! Needless to say my car won't go back to these Muppets again... daylight robbery, be warned!The amusing thing is that I had work done there earlier in the year and said I just wanted to find a reliable honest garage to care for my car. WELL IT AIN'T THESE GUYS!! Stay clear.
