I always find the receptionists here are extremely fed up and at times rude. I get they are busy but do your job, if you do not like your job then leave. They are very unhelpful and I always find it virtually impossible to get an appointment. If you phone the surgery it never connects or just rings out. You really have to push most of the Doctors to get a referral or to be diagnosed correctly. During my last examination a Doctor hurt my ear so badly it has left me with tinnitus for the past 6 months.
This surgery is amazing. The care and concern shown to both my wife and I cannot be described any other way. I have seen a number of doctors and nurses and can honestly say every single one of them were perfect in their approach. Thank you Cumberland house.
Waited 6 weeks for an appointment to have 6 min consultation.Why couldnt you advise that I had a telephone conversation with a doctor.Advise its not an emergency but suggested I go to A&E Not an accident or emergency Asked to contact 111, when enquired what would they likely to tell me...... see your GPPhone booking service is poor as well as information given.Online booking not much better...... seems people who work and cant be on phone all morning are penalised.Need to up the customer service
I've given this a 1 star. 1.Receptionist that believe their doctors.2.Call and get somebody to answer (then maybe do the lottery the same day)3. Prepare to be spoken to very rudely .
The phone system in this place is an absolute joke. Everyone is told to ring at 8.00am so the phone is constantly engaged then when it does ring no one answers you're just left with no interruption to say your call will be answered nothing. I called into the surgery to try to book ahead and was told by a miserable unhelpful girl. It is a months wait, you have to ring at 8 for same day appointment which she proceeded to repeat about 4 times. Because of this experience after 59yrs with them I am moving to another practice which comes highly recommended.
