Great Gym, Only small but has all the equipment necessary to have a great workout! Really enjoyed the HIIT class on a monday! Great value for money!

Fantastic facility, friendly staff, somebody to take you round and show you how to use the equipment when you join. Not the largest gym in the area but has everything you need for a good workout. Free parking aswell as a bike rack. I really enjoy the classes in the evenings & occasionally before work (when I can make it out of bed) The hall they take place in is huge! Doesnt offer a swimming pool but only costs a fraction of what I used to pay.
TL;DR Good equipment; low price; a bit small scale though.First and only gym I have ever been a member of, so I couldn't compare directly to others. Having said that: good staff who are happy to answer questions and demonstrate correct machine use/technique; machines are all in good condition, work well and are clean; good price compared to most gym memberships (check website as prices vary); good opening times - 7 days a week. Only downside is that it is small scale, so sometimes left waiting for machines, but not too much of a problem. There is a good air conditioning in the gym itself (but the changing rooms and corridors are scorching in the winter). I'm not a particular fan of the cycling machines which are made as "one size fits all" making for a wide sadle - would not recommend if you are going with emphasis on cycling due to this. There is pop radio on (not too loud, so can be cut off with earphones listening to own music) and subtitled TVs with BBC news, Sky News and gameshows on at all times.
