I have received nothing but 'Impeccable' service for the salon. As I first entered I was warmly welcome .Loving my hair and can not wait for my next visit .I would highly recommend the salon, with such good professionalism, understanding and just a fun crowd to hang with..you can't go wrong.
I had a lovely experience from the moment I stepped though the door to the moment I stepped back out again. My stylist worked absolute wonders! All of the staff were chatty, polite and professional. I am so pleased with the result that I would recommend this salon to both my friends and colleagues
Never again will I pay 60+ at a salon to have my hair cut. I have longish hair and had a good couple of inches off and it looka great. Very friendly, speedy and knowledgeable. Excellent. Colour will be next after the amazing pictures I've seen on the Facebook page!
Not even worth 1 star. Had my shoulder length hair layered and ended up with very uneven choppy layers. She didnt look like she knew howto cut, just cutting random sections of hair rather than sectioning my hair neatly to cut. Now left with uneven layers that at least I can hide by tying my hair up.
Awful. Went in with a picture. Came out nothing like it. Will never ever go back, cant believe I was stupid enough to pay them. I even asked before I sat down if they could do it and they said yes. Clearly not. Then again the woman dismissed the picture so no wonder.Thanks for having me walk around looking like an idiot now.UPDATEAfter returning I can say you have fixed my hair perfectly! You were very kind and took a lot of time going through each step to make sure it was right. You were very apologetic and assured me I can come back any time if I'm not happy, even if its a tiny bit.I think I must have just had a misunderstanding the first time round.I can say it IS a wonderful salon, friendly and talented. I will definitely be returning!Thank you so much!
