Just had the front door mechanism replaced by Elliott. Just to let you know he is a credit to your company in the way he turned up promptly and carried out the work efficiently. He explained the problem to me in a way that even I could understand and gave me an estimate of the work that needed doing, including the hidden extras like VAT, before he did anything of note. Very pleased with the service and would recommend you to anyone who was having problems with locks, doors, windows etc.The only issue now is that I will have to let the Mother-in-Law in when she comes round next. Still, can't have everything I suppose.Thanks again for the excellent service provided.

My door wouldnt open and after being given a cost I asked if they could come out the same day. They agreed and were able to solve the problem by replacing the old barrel and supplying me with new keys. They were very pleasant and helpful and offered advice about my door as well as keeping me informed about what they were having to do. However I wish they had made it cleared that the price they quoted didn't include VAT.
