This was the most stress-free move I've ever had! Lots of communication, beginning with a call from Henry to discuss everything, and then a few days before to confirm details, which was really reassuring. Coped brilliantly with some unexpected hitches - dismantling furniture to get it up my very narrow stairs - and with good humour too. Highly recommended.
