I was referred to this Physio practice by my GP after having trouble with my knee.During my treatment I found both the physio and and reception staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. I had to cancel an appointment at short notice due to a family crisis but I was made fully aware of the cancellation policy by the reception team who were very friendly and supportive to my circumstances. After 4 sessions along with exercises I was given I was discharged and my knee has now fully recovered.If you are looking for a physio practice in the East Cheshire area I can highly recommend John Honey.
I have received treatment over the last 2 months and can advise that the service is excellent, all the staff who I have had treatment with are knowledgeable and very understanding, the receptionists are polite and courteous. I wouldnt hesitate to come again for treatment or recommend them.
I was referred by my GP and went for an initial assessment. Unfortunately shortly afterwards had a very bad chest infection and as an asthmatic it takes a long time to recover. The physio wanted me to try and exercise on the knee before I came back. I let them know and was told that they would wait to hear from me. Called today and was told that I was discharged and the practice manager told me all about the procedures of discharge. Not only was I not told be the person I spoke to originaly that I had a time limit I was also discharged without contacting me. Very very poor service. I would not recommend
