Excellent service, cant recommend highly enough. New shower fitted to replace old model, no hard sell fitted exactly what I asked for and works perfectly.
Great father and son team. Moved my boiler, clean tidy professional.Reason for review today as the work was done last year . BritishGas who I pay a respectable amount per ( for emergencies etc ) took five days to attend my failed ( New boiler) during the Beast from the east . I rang these guys they gave me advice over the phone ( unlike BritishGas, who couldnt give a .....) this advice rectified my problem... at no cost ... Good old fashioned service. Cheers Tim
3rd time we've arranged for them to come and have not turned up. When I explained on the phone the 3rd time we don't want their service anymore as they've let us down, he hung up the phone. Unreliable and rude, what a shame.
I tried to book my annual central heating boiler service with them and they let me down three times. I had to go to someone else. Full of promises but no action- I am very disappointed with them.
Hi. Needed a shower fitting as mine was leaking so a quote was given . Very reasonable price so the job was done a week later. All is well left no mess great quality work would have them do more and welcome them back when needed. 5 stars Mr John smith
