Like insurance policies, car dealers ! you never know how good they are until you make a claim. I bought my car and dealt with John. Unfortunately the car developed a fault which could not be forseen within a week of buying it..... true to his word, he offered me a full refund or repair. He collected the car, left me a replacement and returned the car really quick totally repaired. Really decent bloke and would happily buy another car from him in the future.
