Great service, really helpful staff, reliable and always available/willing to help. I have been going to Audi Macclesfield for 5 years now and have always dealt with Adrian Ball - he has always sorted me out and provided genuine advice - would recommend to others. Wouldnt go anyway else! Hot chocolate on arrival is also a winner!
I love Audi Macclesfield I bought a fab A5 from them,we had no appointment but Adrian Ball was fantastic he gave us his time and help and went through lots of suggestions he was so helpful. All the staff I have dealt with have been great they make you feel at home and do not push you into anything but help with everything. So happy with the service
We purchased a 20k plus Audi months ago. The service at the time was excellent and I previously gave you a five star rating but your after sales service I have had to rate as one star because I could not pick anything less. The vehicle came with a stone chip on the bonnet and we were advised you would get some tough up paint. We are still waiting, even after numerous phone calls to yourself. Sorry but we will not returning to your branch!
The customer service at Macclesfield Audi is outstanding. Adrian gave me my initial introduction to Audi used cars. He listened to my requirements and gave me sound practical advice. Particular praise, however, must go to Kimberley who I was introduced to when I eventually decided to buy a new car. Kimberleys knowledge about Audi cars was excellent.
