Excellent service, good prices and great communication. My external Lacie 4TB hard drive failed with a lot of important work files on. Within 2hrs of taking the drive in Darrel called me to let me know what the problem was and that he could retrieve the data. They retrieved all the data and did not charge the exorbitant rates that I was quoted from a couple of companies in Manchester. Also after getting the drive and data back I realised there was a couple of folders missing. I returned the failed hard drive and within the hour Darrel had retrieved the files for no extra charge. I highly recommend them.

Took a laptop in for repair. Was charged 85 for fix. Laptop was not fixed at all and fault persisted exactly as before.Have been refused a refund.Please avoid these people - once they have your laptop they will tell you anything to get money out of you. You have no choice but pay or you dont get your computer back.
Definitely the best computer shop around. They just recently put my computer together and I'm more than happy with it. Very reasonably priced and the cable management is phenomenal. I 110% recommend going there for anything tech related; repairs, purchases etc.
