Since being diagnosed with colon cancer in 2017, i have had an operation to remove part of my bowel. The surgeon was Mr Simon Ward, and his team did an amazing job, and the after-care i had on Ward 2 was also amazing, so massive thanks to all.Further, i have now had two colonoscopies by Mr Chris Smart and his Team all of whom were absolutely brilliant.Special thanks to Ruth Peacock on Mr Wards Team for continuing to look after me and arrange treatments and referrals, and for doing an amazing job of "sewing" me up, you can hardly see the "join" !!
