Zoe always replied to my emails in a timely fashion and passed on all my queries to the seller's solicitor and explained to me in an easy to understand way all the legal stuff. In fact she made the process go very smoothly. Would definitely use again.
Very disappointed with their service, do not try to appoint them as your home conveyance if you want the home buying process nice and easy. With them, it takes forever, the person in charge doesnt know what she is doing , nothing solid is done in perceivable time frame, overall its very slow and you will lose your patience working with them. Its not worth trying.

There were a few challenges with our vendor but John managed to secure our dream house. He is profressional and very knowledgable. He was easily available and kept me informed of any issues. I contacted, and instructed Roberts Crossley through their website, based on their fees being far, far cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Only after instructing them did I notice some of the poorer reviews that have been left, which left me very panicky. However, I am pleased to say that after completing this morning I could not fault the service I have recieved. We have dealt directly with Ben throughout, who has been efficient, clear, approachable and easy to deal with at every step. As a whole, the process has been easy and convenient, communication has been fantastic throughout, and other than a couple of extra searches we needed (all of which were notified before action), the final bill was exactly what was expected. Ben is a credit to the company, and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
