Holden and Prescott act like second hand car salesmen when letting properties. They make promises about the property, then when you sign on the dotted line they relinquish all responsibility and make excuses as to why their initial promises did not materialise. Avoid.
I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and no one comes close to holden and prescot. Can not fault them
Not only were this agent completely incompetent at bringing any offers, their specialist subject was cancelled viewings and just shouting at me if I asked any questions that caught them out, for example how are you here with the keys when there is a viewing at my property right now? Cue shouting. Yes you have great online statistics but you havent sold my house so your statistics arent working for me Cue shouting. They rest on their laurels of being well established in the area, rather than just doing their job. I would never recommend this agent and would warn against their bratty misogynistic behaviour at all costs.
Having worked with different estate agents in Macclesfield, Holden and Prescott are my favourite by a long way. Incredibly good at what they do, fantastic communication and lovely people. Couldnt recommend them more!
