We just wanted a quick decent Italian meal to catch up with a friend and this hit the spot. The food was really nice, cooked fresh to order.. Service was friendly and quick. Prices reasonable. The restaurant was really popular and as it has a nice intimate atmosphere is suitable for dates and also a casual meal.

A very enjoyable meal in a pleasant environment
When I go out for a meal and pay more than the average cost for pasta, I expect to be wowed. Unfortunately, I can honestly say I have cooked better at home, so I was a little disheartened. It was OK but I wanted more than OK and the penne in the salmon pasta I had didn't seem to be fresh pasta and was very small, like what you'd put in soups or casseroles. I found it more like a quality store microwave meal than a restaurant meal, which was not reflected in the price. The setting was nice though and the service was friendly and informative. Maybe I chose the wrong dish.
Lovely food, really ambient, comfortable atmosphere. Service was excellent. The only negative I have are the high chairs are a bit dodgy!! Apart from that we had a lovely evening and will defo be going back!
