Visited here May 18 then forgot to put review on. Found menu today and thought oops. So here goes.We were served by Farhad, what a nice guy. Chatted and as we did he suggested, forget the menu just describe what we liked and how we would like it. So we ordered spicy with ginger and plenty coriander and spice. It came exactly as we requested.Wine was reasonable price and tasted fine.Overall everything was good and we left happy.
Fantastic food and really interesting menu. They look after you really well and are great with groups and families. Had a variety of things over many visits and particularly like the Himalayan specials. Their naans are particularly impressive !! Never had to book a reservation but we eat quite early with the kids.
Ate at the Star Lounge for the first time last week, with my wife & adult son. An excellent evening out. Good service and atmosphere in a contemporary decor.Major surprise, though, was the quality of the food - exceptional curry dishes, better than I've experienced in any other Asian restaurant within the UK & on a par with the best anywhere. And I've lived & worked extensively abroad with peoples of all Asian countries.Astonished & delighted to have food of this quality available in Macclesfield!Graham Bridge
