Really a place to visit had a wedding there was great pay out
Went for two nights over nye. The hotel is in need of an update, looking tired and shabby. Staff were OK. The spa was a let down. Outdoor jacuzzi was broken and the outdoor sauna was room temp. The ladies changing room was filthy and not properly cleaned for a while. Not good value for money, wouldn't go back again. Surprised its. Four star hotel
Fantastic spa but very busy. Couldn't find a bed round the pool for the whole 5 hours we were there. Lots of people leaving their towels on beds and disappearing for ages
Lovely facilities and friendly staff. Myself and my husband had a thoroughly relaxing day.
Lovely spa. Treatments were incredible, brilliant staff. Facilities were also really good. Only 4 stars because of the amount of hours children are allowed in for. Kids are just kids and are noisy in the pool splashing around with floats and having fun. However as a teacher on holiday this is somewhat the last thing you want however the spa reception do sell some rather good ear plugs for 5 which helped dissipate the stress and noise.
