We got a new kitten in Oct 2018 and have been to Bollington Vets twice for the 2 stages of Feline Leukemia jabs. Both occasions dealt with Vet Clare who couldn't have been nicer and was brilliant with our kitten on both occasions. Did his chip on the first occasion too (which the poor little scrap didn't like) and did his nails on both trips too.

Excellent caring service. Large spacious reception area with items to purchase mainly catering for cats and dogs. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The reception room seating is plentiful and exceptionally clean. The vet we saw was Claire and she was very keen to help. Very helpful and very caring. She explained everything along the way. Unfortunately we had to have our Guinea Pig put to sleep however she was very understanding and compassionate. I would recommend this vetinary practice to anyone.

Vet pushed me into paying about 24 for a prescription product for my pet which after leaving the surgery i found out i could have got EXACTLY the same product for 7 elsewhere. No refunds allowed so i was fleeced out of 17.I feel this is an ethical issue and we should be made aware that these products are available elsewhere.This unfortunately makes me feel that the welfare of my pet is is secondary to profit.
