I think the vet who dealt with my mum dog is disgusting when she asked for him to be put down after being told a load of lies giving her hope that he was coming back home to him falling at her feet then being told i stick him back into the oxygen tent when clearly after four hours of being in there and managing a couple of metres then collapsing at her feet, but here the kick in the teeth part when my mum asked for him to be put down he didnt even attempt to pick up this small terrier of my mums and just did the injection on the floor. Maybe that vet needs putting down too
Very disappointed with how i was treated. My cat had to have an operation for a blockage i did pay the first payments up front for bloods , enama , fluids etc. Then they said they needed to keep him over night more money I felt he cauld have come home and gone back the next day. Then they decided the fluids wern't working so needed to operate to clear him out total bill 400. I was in between jobs and asked for some time to pay and told them the full amount would get paid in October we were in September at the time. They persued me constantly for money by phone and letters which i began to ignore as i had told them the debt would be paid in October in full. Then i got a letter from a debt agency asking for the full amount ? This agency were horendous phoning constantly it was full on harasment so i told them it will be paid in a few weeks in October as i had told the vets but they obviously cauldn't wait a few weeks for payment !!!!! This agency carried on harassing so i blocked them. Then i paid the final bill in October as i said i would 400. The debt agency wanted another 50 so i told them to get that from Wright & Morten as it was there decision to pass me over. Then i gets a letter saying i can no longer take my cat to them ...... Absolutely disgusted with this vets and to be honest wouldn't have taken my cat back there again anyway. They don't care about your animal its all about the money !!!!

Wright & Morten looked after our dog really, really well. They are not only good in what they do but they are lovingly looking after your pet and will be going out of their way to make sure the best service is provided. If it is standard check-ups for your super-nervous dog or a blood test for an (unfounded) scare, they are there for you.In our case, this extended (sadly) till the very, very end: I was scared when it came to taking the hard decision to put our 17-year-old dog to sleep but it was greatly helped by the empathy and care they afforded us. She couldn't have had a better step into the great rabbit-chasing grounds in the clouds. We will always be so very thankful to them!
