Great welcome to a loverly gem in Macclesfield. Warm, clean and cosy. The family run business is in for the long run. It has one feature that puts it head and shoulders above other places, parking, a rare thing in this town.Great breakfast and good value.
Reasonable price very clean good breakfast owners really nice close to town centre
Not been decorated for a long time, rooms very basic, mine even had a saniflow toilet, awful, more like a hostel. Didn't stay for breakfast in fact left that night, travel lodge was cheaper at 34.00, didn't even have a bath in just a weird looking shower.
I am giving this place 5 stars not because it is the Ritz but because for the money it was 5 star. Good sized room with everything you need. Large car park. Friendly owners. The breakfast room has been tastefully refurbished and the breakfast was a beautifully cooked clean plate of food. Cereals and grapefruit etc also available. Good quality coffee. All for 46 for a double room. Fantastic value and very close to town.. Highly recommended.
What a nice guy Frank is. I arrived late and he stayed up for me and even helped me position my large trailer in his carpark. The hotel is clean, very friendly and great value for money.
